Purpose:

To actively promote, preserve, and protect ATV trails/ work collaboratively with land managers and other recreationalists; support officials and other groups that help support our sport; and have fun.

Description:

The CATS is a 503c Non-Profit organization registered in the State of Washington. Its membership is governed by a five-person Executive Board that meets periodically to guide and execute actions that are approved by the Membership.

Anyone may join the CATS organization at any time during the calendar year. A $20 family membership runs from January 1 through December 31 and includes all immediate family members who reside at the same address.

Executive-Board Meetings are called by the President when the need for action is required. Generally, E-Board meetings are once per month unless more, or less, are required. Membership Meetings are called by the President when the need for decisions by the Membership are required. Generally, meetings are once per month unless more, or less, are required.

Beliefs and Principles:

Riders will be responsible off road vehicle operators, keep trails environmentally clean and safe for family riding, and promote balanced resource conservation. Educate the general public, media, elected officials, and other decision makers on ATV recreation and ATV access issues.

Join together with other ATV riders to help promote and protect ATV rider rights and riding areas, as well as to stay informed on ATV events and issues in the Northwest.
